Returns

Full refunds will be issued when an order is returned. Returns need to be sent to Diabetes Smarts c/o Vervante Returns, 400 North Geneva Road, STE C, Lindon, UT 84042. Please note that the customer will bear return shipping costs.

Cancellations

Tracking My Parcel
